we put our house on the market this week. click on the link to view our listing. if any of you know of someone looking to buy a home....pass our name! we've been thinking about selling our home for the past year and i know the market is not that great for sellers but why not give it a chance? i'm always up for change and i'm ready to move on up to the east side :)
we're in no rush to sell but if we sell it soon, then great! if not, its ok we'll wait and we're not going to move unless we sell our house first.
we're going to look at homes in Helena and Hoover. we really like those areas. i'm leaning towards hoover more b/c it's closer to everything and i work on the opposite side of helena.
i'm just going to keep a few homes in mind "in case" someone is interested in our home.
